We hope you love shopping with Riwaaj. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Orders you place with Riwaaj late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping.
Returning Products by Mail
Riwaaj does not offer any “Returns” for any of the products. The customer is fully responsible for all the purchases made in good faith and has no intention of false activity. Also, the customer is solely responsible for all selections of products made.
All products can be exchanged within 10 business days ONLY IF:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
- The item(s) is faulty, or damaged at the time of delivery.
- The order received is different from the order placed.
Please contact us with pictures of the damaged product(s) in order to raise a dispute. Riwaaj will look at each dispute and try their best to be fair to both parties. Once we receive and review the defective product(s) and once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product(s) purchased and send it to the buyer.
In case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for all the shipping and handling costs. Discounted product(s) cannot be “Returned” or “Exchanged.”
